Jinroku Redevelopment Co., Ltd. and Tokyu Fudosan, a rights holder and specific project participant, are jointly promoting the Jingumae 6-chome District Category I Urban Redevelopment Project. The opening of the retail facility made up of Tokyu Fudosan's commercial floors has been set for spring 2024.
Taking advantage of its location at the Jingumae intersection where Omotesando and Meiji-dori cross, the project creates a new hub that links the liveliness along the streets and forms a safe pedestrian space. Architect Akihisa Hirata designed the exterior and rooftop, contributing to the further appeal of the Harajuku / Jingumae area.
